Huaxiang Xiangneng regards quality as its life and consistently implements the quality policy of “Create Huaxiang Brand, Establish Huaxiang Image, Promote Power Development, Satisfy the Customer” and hereby promise to:

1. Establish and implement a sophisticated quality assurance system in conformity with ISO9001 Quality Management System, to provide reliable and high-quality products and services to clients.

2. Strictly implement “one year of guarantees for repair, replacement and compensation of faulty products” and take responsibility for the quality of our products during the guarantee period; after the guarantee period, provide after-sale services at preferential prices for the whole life of products.

3. Stick to after-Sale service principle: clients are always right.
We provide nice after-sale technical services to clients. We reply to clients’ service demands in 2 hours, and appoint specialists to arrive at the sites (if clients require) in 8 hours if they locate within our service networks or in 24 hours if they locate out of our service networks. Specialists will not leave until problems are solved.

4. If clients demand, arrange specialists to arrive at equipment installation sites without delay and provide free technical services to them: assist clients with installation, debugging and trail operation in conformity with technical documents, coordinate with clients for equipment inspection and test if necessary, solve quality or performance problems occurred during installation, debugging or trial operation, and even provide training about equipment installation and operation technologies.

5. Offer normal maintenance services to clients at preferential prices, regularly visit clients to check our products, and provide sufficient maintenance accessories to clients at preferential prices without delay.

6. Implement the following after-sale service rules:
A. If our product has any quality problem during installation or trial operation, first solve the problem, and then make clear of the responsibility, to guarantee the project progress.
B. Purchase insurances for our products during manufacturing, transportation, loading and unloading, and in the event of any accident, provide free replacement or maintenance to clients till they are satisfied.
C. If any item is missing while unpacking the product or any component or part is lost for any other reason, supplement them for free as soon as possible
D. For other equipment that clients procured to match with our product, proactively provide clients with technical conditions and data that can meet interface requirements.
E. Open training courses about equipment installation, debugging, operation and maintenance for clients as stipulated in the contract.
F. Strengthen pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale services, and implement “24-hour service”, “advanced service”, “whole process service” and “lifelong service” during the whole process of manufacturing, installation, debugging and overhaul.
G. Reply to clients’ quality problem in 2 hours, and appoint specialists to arrive at the sites in 8 hours; specialists will not leave until clients are satisfied.
